Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following domestic shipping services:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Fedex

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your location and package type.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual product weight or dimensions of your order. Dimensional weight reflects how much space a package occupies, including the shipping box and protective packaging materials.

The shipping fees displayed during checkout for in-stock items are the actual rates you will pay.
Some products—due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements—may require a custom shipping quote at the time of shipment. This will be clearly stated in the item description if applicable.


Exclusions from Free Standard Shipping

Certain large, unique, or special items may require additional shipping and handling charges. These items will be clearly marked in the product description.
In some cases, large or special items must be shipped separately and cannot be combined with other orders unless specifically stated otherwise.


Order Tracking & Delivery Guarantee

All orders include a tracking or reference number, which will be provided to you once the order has shipped.

We guarantee that all shipped orders will arrive at their destination; however, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination—especially during peak or holiday seasons.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Beyond the Hobby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing, the customer must contact the shipping carrier and submit a missing package claim. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and consider using a secure delivery location.
